Issue 77 - August 2015

From the Assistant Editor:

Happy summer everyone!  It is with great enthusiasm that I begin the position of Assistant Editor at Fraction. I am a New Mexico-based photographer and educator; recently completing my MFA at the University of New Mexico. I've had the pleasure of working with David over the past year and am looking forward to taking on a larger role with the magazine.

Issue 77 presents dynamic portfolios from three talented photographers, Patti Hallock, William LeGoullon, and Adam Reynolds. Also featured is David Ondrik's keen review of Contact by Jake Shivery, as well as an insightful and poignant group show, Age of Abundance, curated by Reathel Geary from the depths of the Fraction Archive.

We hope you enjoy the issue and support the artists by sharing it. We will be rolling into the fall full steam ahead, but plan on eating a few more burgers and doing a couple more cannonballs before summer's end. Enjoy your summer with family and friends, and thank you for your continued support!

Best,

Bree Lamb
Assistant Editor
